Overview

This was a façade project for a 4 story office building located near the Perth Domestic Airport. AJV used a mullion design using the material of aluminium to achieve a corporate look. This will continue the development of the commercial precinct and complement the existing Alpha office building, located on the corner of George Wiencke Drive and Brearley Avenue, opposite the site of Bravo office building.

Key Structural Design Features

The key aspects of the Bravo office building include:

  • The construction of a five level commercial building, including an undercroft level, constructed of steel and concrete.
  •  A building design targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating and 4.5 Star National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy Base Build rating.
  •  A gross floor area of approximately 13,769 square metres and a net lettable area of approximately 9,316 square metres.
  • Undercroft level car parking providing facilities for approximately 73 bicycles and end of trip amenities, including showers, bathrooms and change rooms
